Red fruit gin tonic
1.5 Oz. of Tanqueray Bossa Nova, a combination of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, with light bubbles of tonic.
Grilled Octopus
With a zarandeada sauce, accompanied by zucchini, carrot, asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a water chili stuffed with manchego cheese wrapped in bacon.
Aperol
Spritz
Light and sparkling mix of Aperol, prosecco, and soda, served well chilled with orange.
